Welcome to the official
CWAM web-site!
At our
member museums you can see everything from astronauts
to arachnids, dinosaurs to dolls, and pioneers
to Picassos. We have western forts, Victorian
homes, living historical farms, and modern arts
centers. Our museums are located in the heart
of modern cities like Denver and Cheyenne, nestled
in spectacular mountain valleys, and on wide-open
plains with more sky than any other place in America.
If you are planning a vacation or interested in
finding information about museums in our states,
we suggest you click on our CWAM
Member Institutions for more details.
Colorado-Wyoming
Association of Museums (CWAM) exists to unite
and serve museums in our two states. Member institutions
include art museums, history museums, natural
history museums and historical sites. For more
information about CWAM’s member services,
